How to Submit a DMCA Notice
To file a DMCA Notice with VidMate, please provide the following information:
- A physical or electronic signatureof the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted workyou believe has been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is infringingand a description of where it is located on our platform.
- Your contact information, including your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content has been removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your name, address, and phone number.
- A description of the removed material and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A consent to jurisdiction of the Federal Court for your location.
